Everyone needs a break once in a while. Regardless if you need to see the doctor or explore the trees more, as long as you let us know you’ll be out. As a full- or part-time hourly employee, you accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) based on how many worked service hours you have multiplied by the PTO accrual rate.
Most of our full-time hourly employees earn around 40 hours of PTO on average per anniversary year. Our full-time salaried people earn 80 hours of PTO per anniversary year.
We care for our people and offer optional health, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life, and dental insurance benefits for our full-time employees. These benefits are available through major insurance carriers that are broadly accepted and offer a robust group of in-network providers.
New full-time employees can opt-in to any, or all, of the healthcare coverage at the first of the calendar month following 60 days of full-time employment. Eligible employees can also enroll in these insurance benefits once a year at open enrollment and with qualifying life events. Benefits are paid through payroll deductions of enrolled employees.

We also want to pay you, bi-monthly. Payroll is given out on the 10th and the 25th of each calendar month and is distributed by direct deposit.
