Mr. Glashow has 25 years of experience in the capital markets and in all phases of business start-up and growth, including feasibility studies, business plans, equity and debt funding, private placements, reverse mergers, and IPOs. Mr. Glashow has served as CEO and President of multiple companies that he helped to fund. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business and Economics.

Joseph Ramalho

Chief Operating Officer

Joseph has an engineering background and experience in the oil and gas industry with a deep-seated passion for cannabis, stemming from his personal relief benefits from the plant. Starting his journey with CLS as a budtender and progressing to leading operational roles, Joseph has systematically ascended the ranks, showcasing a profound commitment to operational efficiency and the development of high-quality, affordable cannabis products. His path exemplifies a unique combination of technical expertise and a personal mission to enhance wellness through cannabis, establishing him as a pivotal force behind the company's operational excellence and innovation in addressing the diverse needs of the cannabis market.

Dr. Dominick Monaco

Chief Scientific Officer

Dominick graduated from the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in 2010 at the age of 24. Following the successful implementation of a Medical Cannabis program by the State of Arizona in 2012, Dominick has devoted their career to delivering clean, quality, and consistent Cannabis to those in need.

With over a decade of experience in the Cannabis industry, Dominick's previous roles include QA/QC Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and Director of Medical Formulations. Their accomplishments are notable and diverse, ranging from dispensing Marinol, a pharmaceutical synthetic delta9-THC, to Southern Arizona MEDICAID AIDS & Cancer patients to combat fatigue, lipodystrophy, appetite loss, and AIDS wasting, also known as cachexia. In collaboration with the University of Sevilla in Spain, Dominick worked on developing nanoparticle formulations of Cannabinoid and terpene-rich combinations for research purposes. They played a crucial role in successfully launching Louisiana State’s first medical Cannabis tinctures in partnership with the LSU AgCenter. Most recently, Dominick led the design, buildout, and staffing of CLS’ City Trees manufacturing division located in North Las Vegas, marking another significant milestone in their career.
